1. Using hometradez

hometradez provides online tools for browsing properties, listing properties, communicating with other users, making offers, coordinating vendors, and managing transaction workflows.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements to use transaction features on the platform.

2. Accounts and information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Information you provide to hometradez must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes profile details, listing data, offer details, identity verification information, vendor information, and payment-related information.

3. Listings and marketplace content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of property listings, photos, documents, disclosures, pricing, availability, and any leaseback or financing terms they provide.

hometradez may remove, pause, or reject listings or content that appears inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform standards.

4. Offers and transactions

The platform may help users prepare, review, submit, negotiate, and track offers and transaction documents. Users remain responsible for reviewing all terms before submitting or signing.

hometradez is not a real estate broker, lender, title company, escrow holder, attorney, tax adviser, or financial adviser unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Vendors and third-party services

The platform may make vendor, payment, identity, banking, document, or communication services available through third-party providers. Those services may be subject to additional third-party terms.

Users are responsible for evaluating and selecting vendors and for confirming that any vendor services are appropriate for their transaction.

6. Fees, payments, and payouts

Any platform fees, vendor fees, payment processing fees, commissions, or payout terms shown in the product or transaction documents apply according to the terms shown at the time of the relevant transaction.

Payment and payout features may require identity checks, banking information, fraud screening, or additional verification.

7. Communications and electronic signatures

By using hometradez, you consent to receive platform communications electronically, including messages, notifications, disclosures, agreements, and transaction updates.

If you sign or accept documents electronically, you agree that your electronic action can have the same effect as a handwritten signature where permitted by law.

8. Prohibited activity

• Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, unlawful, or fraudulent content.
• Do not interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the platform, or misuse another user's information.
• Do not use hometradez to violate housing, lending, privacy, consumer protection, anti-money laundering, sanctions, or other applicable laws.

9. Availability and changes

hometradez may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hometradez disclaims warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hometradez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
